I was very saddened to learn that Octavio, a wonderful male model I photographed in January, passed away this month. He was not only professional, responsible and beautiful. He was also a good man. He was starting to become a good friend as he stayed in touch with me over the past few months, and we had many ideas about future photo shoots that we wanted to do together.
Unfortunately, those ideas won’t be realized. But his handsome image will live on in TRIBUS, my male nude group photography book, which shows him at his best. He will be missed.
